Discover your Passion and Purpose in Life
A question that has been asked an infinite amount of times since conscious life began on this planet. How to Find my Passion and Purpose in Life? What is the meaning of life?
You have probably asked yourself these questions many times throughout your lifetime. It’s one of the most significant problems that everyone tries to figure out. However, most people never find the answer.
Finding your meaning or passion and purpose in life is not one of those things that happen overnight. Now don’t get me wrong, sometimes it may seem to reveal it’s out of nowhere, but the reality is that you probably had been doing things to find in for a while. You see, finding your real purpose in life is a journey, not a random thing.
To find your purpose in life, you must begin by following the passions that are in your heart and mind. Your users won’t be found in doing the things that you hate to do in life. You must work on developing your passions into something that makes a difference to you and others around you. Once you have been able to impact people with your emotions, you will have found an essential milestone in finding your purpose and meaning.
The one thing you have to watch out for is giving up on your purpose in life. The reason why most people never find or fulfill their purpose in life is that they give up before they reach it. You have to understand, discovering and achieving your goal is not the easiest thing to do. You will face some of the hardest obstacles in your life, but if you can overcome them, you will find that those obstacles are stepping stones to help you get to your purpose.
Use your invisible power to find your purpose, your passion, in your life.
Have you ever wondered why you are here at this particular place and time on earth? Why you were born with your parents? Have you ever wondered what you are destined to do with your life? Have you ever wondered what your purpose, your passion, in life is? What are you supposed to do with your life and what gives you the meaning of life? Many people struggle with the questions, “What is my purpose, and how do I find my purpose(s) in life?”
Many people live their lives from day to day. They blame and complain about how their lives are so bad, how someone or something else has made their life so bad. They make excuses for the way their experience has been so bad. Do you remember the movie, “Citizen Kane”? The film begins with a man in bed with a snow globe in his hand. He says the word, “Rosebud”. Drops the world. It breaks just at the man dies. This man had built a newspaper publishing empire. He lived in a castle and had collected an immense amount of “stuff.” He died alone with no friends, no real friends. His “Rosebud” was a sled that he played with when he was a child.
Your Meaning in Life is what you make it
We are on this planet for a brief spec of time. How do you want to live your life? What do you want to contribute to the human race and what gives your life meaning? What is the quality of your relationship with your family, friends and most importantly, with yourself? Are you “So Busy with Life”, that you do not enjoy your life? Your LIMITING BELIEF SELF will want you to think of the past, dwell in the past, blame yourself for all the things that went wrong in the past. Yes, there is the future. You can think about the future, but it is not here yet. You only have this very moment in time, right here, right now, this instant. What are you going to do with it?
What is your relationship with your “Universal Spirit, Your Higher Power, your God or you name it?” Your meaning in life is what you make it! You create it! You are responsible for your life. All your decisions are yours, and the results or outcomes of those decisions are your responsibility. No one else is responsible for your choices.
It is your LIMITING BELIEF SELF who blames everyone else. So why not say, I Create My Life. I am the creator of my Life and I intend to discover (create) my purpose, my passion, in my life”. Write it down on 3×5 cards. Carry it in your wallet and see it as you open it. Place it on the bathroom mirror and the night table next to your bed and on your desk. See it and say the words many times a day. When you are at a stoplight, waiting for the sun to turn red, say the words.
Tips on How to Find your Passion and Purpose in Life?
Understand that there is a general-purpose for us to be on Earth, which is to learn and grow. But then there is the personal purpose we choose to follow so we fulfill the bigger, general-purpose, to learn and grow! Here are some tips that would help you to find your passion and purpose in life.
♥ Our Biggest Passions
There are things that you are great at doing because you are paid for them in your profession or because they are requirements for particular roles in life, such as parenting. Then there are things that you are naturally great at and which you do simply because you enjoy doing them. These are your passions. Passions make you happy and give you a deep feeling of accomplishment. They make you feel as if you have done something unusual.
Identifying your passions will give you a big clue as to what your life purpose may be, so think it through and write them down.
♥ What Fires You Up?
Above is my motto! I love it!
Personally, I cannot find any pleasure in life if I don’t serve other people, humanity and a greater cause.
My cause is “The end of Suffering”. This motivates me and helps me get up in the morning with a smile.
Then there is my family, which I love so much, and I want to leave for them a better world to live in.
It uses to make me angry the fact that the “people in charge” of this world, use so much the element of Fear to control all the rest and keep everybody in a box. Then I understood that there is no point to be angry but instead is better if I do something about it. Ok, I know I cannot change the world but I will contribute as much as I can, helping one, ten, hundred, thousands or millions ( hope so!! ?)
Make a list of things that automatically get you excited or angry. What are the subjects that instantly have you plugged in and fired up from the moment someone brings them up?
For instance, maybe you are very sensitive to children who may be abused or to dog owners who oppress their animals. If these are things that tug at your heart and that can make you go from pleasant and helpful to angry and taking charge with a moment’s notice, then those are things that could point you in the direction of your life purpose.
Your life change will likely have something to do with these things, so write them down as well.
♥ Pinpointing your Biggest Thoughts
Now, what things occupy your mind most of the time? When you get bored and find yourself drifting off, what is in your daydreams? Identifying what you are dreaming of or longing for could help you identify things that are missing in your life and could be requirements for a significant life change. Write down some brief notes about what is on your mind most of the time.
♥ Connecting the Dots
Now you have a list of things, situations, and concepts that mean a lot to you on a very personal level, and it is time to start connecting the dots. Find correlations between your passions and the things that get you fired up and occupy your thoughts. These are all things that ultimately will lead you toward your life purpose and the significant life change you are now searching for probably lies within this list you have just made.
It is essential to living your life while you are searching for your life purpose. Don’t sit around doing anything or feeling depressed because you aren’t sure yet what you should be doing with your life. Get out and do something with your passions, and you will discover your life purpose eventually.
Your Life Purpose is your Life Worth. Make your Life Worth living it and leave something for the generations to come.
Love you all !!! Stay on the good path!!
